By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

   We provide software development services, including WordPress plugins, SaaS applications, and technical consulting. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Your responsibilities

   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments

   Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund requests are considered within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual property

   Upon full payment, you own the custom code we create for you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools and frameworks.

5. Limitation of liability

   Our software is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing law

   These terms are governed by applicable international and European Union law.
